本プライバシーポリシーは、REFLEKT合同会社（設立準備中。以下「当社」）が提供するサービス「空に（Sorani）」（sorani.ai および app.sorani.ai。以下「本サービス」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
This Privacy Policy describes how REFLEKT G.K. (in formation; “we,” “us”) handles your information in connection with the Sorani service at sorani.ai and app.sorani.ai (“the Service”).

当社は、利用者の情報を第三者に販売しません。広告のために利用者のコンテンツを解析することもありません。
We do not sell your information. We do not analyze your content for advertising.
情報は、認証およびデータベース基盤として利用する Supabase、ホスティングとして利用する Vercel のサーバーに保存されます。通信は暗号化されます。AI処理には、当社のゲートウェイを経由して外部のAIプロバイダ（OpenAI等）を利用します。これらの事業者には、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲でのみ情報が渡ります。
Your information is stored with Supabase (authentication and database) and served through Vercel (hosting). Connections are encrypted. AI processing uses external AI providers (such as OpenAI) through our gateway. These providers receive information only as needed to provide the Service.
Googleでサインインする場合、当社はメールアドレス等の基本的なアカウント情報のみを受け取ります。
If you sign in with Google, we receive only basic account information such as your email address.
Googleカレンダー連携を有効にした場合、当社は本サービスが作成した専用カレンダーに限ってアクセスし、期日のあるカードを予定として書き込み・更新します。他のカレンダーや予定を読み取ることはありません。取得したカレンダーデータは連携機能の提供にのみ利用し、広告に使用せず、第三者に販売・譲渡しません。連携はいつでも本サービスの設定または Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定から解除でき、解除後は保存されたアクセス権限を削除します。
If you connect Google Calendar, we access only the dedicated calendar the Service creates, to write and update events for your dated cards. We do not read your other calendars or events. Calendar data is used solely to provide the integration, never for advertising, and is never sold or transferred to third parties. You can disconnect at any time from the Service’s settings or from your Google Account security settings, and we delete the stored access credentials when you do.
空にによる Google API から取得した情報の利用は、Google APIサービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定的な使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。
Sorani’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
購読用カレンダーフィードを発行した場合、そのURLを知る者はあなたの期日付きカードの内容を閲覧できます。フィードのトークンはハッシュ化して保存され、いつでも失効させることができます。
If you mint a calendar subscription feed, anyone who knows its URL can read your dated cards. Feed tokens are stored hashed and can be revoked at any time.
情報は、アカウントが存在する間保持されます。アカウントの削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお申し出ください。合理的な期間内に、法令上保持が必要なものを除き、アカウントに紐づく情報を削除します。
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. To delete your account, contact us at the address below; we will delete the information tied to your account within a reasonable period, except where the law requires retention.
利用者は、個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、自己の情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除を求めることができます。ご請求は下記の連絡先までお願いします。
You may request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of your information, in accordance with applicable law (including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information). Send requests to the contact below.
本サービスは、サインイン状態の維持のためのCookieと、言語や表示モードなどの設定を保存するためのローカルストレージを使用します。広告目的のトラッキングCookieは使用しません。
The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember preferences such as language and display mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更の場合は、本サービス上でもお知らせします。
We will post any changes to this policy on this page, and announce material changes within the Service.
