本規約は、REFLEKT合同会社（設立準備中。以下「当社」）が提供するサービス「空に（Sorani）」（sorani.ai および app.sorani.ai。以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These terms govern your use of the Sorani service at sorani.ai and app.sorani.ai (“the Service”), provided by REFLEKT G.K. (in formation; “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
本サービスは、思考や気がかりをカードとして空間的に配置し、見渡すためのマインドフルな思考キャンバスです。機能は予告なく追加・変更されることがあります。
Sorani is a mindful thinking canvas for placing thoughts and concerns as cards in an open space. Features may be added or changed from time to time.
アカウントの登録には正確な情報を用いてください。サインインに用いるメールアドレスや認証手段の管理は、利用者の責任で行うものとします。
Provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep the email address and sign-in methods you use secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
カード、ジャーナル、アップロードした書類など、利用者が本サービスに置いたコンテンツの権利は利用者に帰属します。当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲（保存、表示、AI機能による処理など）でのみ、これを取り扱います。
You own the content you place in the Service — your cards, journal entries, and uploaded documents. We handle it only as needed to provide the Service: storing it, displaying it to you, and processing it for the AI features you use.

本サービスのAI機能（分類、要約、提案など）の出力は、正確性を保証するものではありません。本サービスは内省を支えるための道具であり、医療、メンタルヘルス、法律、金融等に関する専門的助言を提供するものではありません。重要な判断は、必ずご自身で、必要に応じて専門家に相談のうえ行ってください。
Output from the Service’s AI features (classification, summaries, suggestions) is not guaranteed to be accurate. Sorani is a tool for reflection; it does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Make important decisions yourself, consulting a professional where appropriate.
本サービスは、Google、Apple等の外部サービスと連携することがあります。連携先サービスの利用には、それぞれの規約が適用されます。
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google and Apple. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
本サービスは現在無料で提供されています。将来、有料プランを導入する場合は、事前にお知らせします。
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them in advance.
当社は、保守や障害等のため、本サービスの全部または一部を中断することがあります。利用者が本規約に違反した場合、アカウントを停止または削除することがあります。利用者はいつでもアカウントの削除を申し出ることができます。
We may suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance or in case of failure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、当社はその完全性、正確性、有用性を保証しません。当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本サービスの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更の場合は、本サービス上でもお知らせします。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
We will post changes to these terms on this page, and announce material changes within the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
